The current moment calls for decisions. The recommendation is that we stay in our homes. For this reason, we are temporarily suspending our reservations between March 19 and June 30.

To all who choose to postpone the trip, our team is available to offer rescheduling options.

RESCHEDULE

We know these are delicate times so during this time our cancelation and refund policies are more flexible. Should you want to reschedule your trip, contact us! We will be very happy to welcome you some other time.

CANCELATIONS & REFUND

We are acting in accordance with provisional measure of the Brasilian law MP 948/2020.

We thank you for your understanding.

All of our guests are important to us, and we would like to welcome you as soon as possible.

Note about MP 948/2020

In the event of any cancellations of services, reservations and/or events involving the sectors of tourism and culture, the respective service provider will not be obliged to immediately refund the amounts paid, to the consumer.

See the options below:

I. Rescheduling the service, event or reservation previously made, within 12 months from the end of the state of public calamity, respecting seasonality and the values ​​of the services initially contracted (art. 2, inc. I); and / or

 

II. Offer the credit for use, or discount, when purchasing other services offered by the contracted service provider, for a period of 12 months, counting from the date of closing of the state of public calamity (art. 2, inc. II); and / or

III. Enable a new agreement with the consumer (art. 2 inc. III).

In none of these situations are an option, the service provider may charge additional fees to the consumer, provided that the consumer formalizes the option for one of the options mentioned above, within 90 (ninety) days, counted from the entry into force of MP nº 948/2020 (art. 2nd, § 1st).

In case it is impossible to make the adjustment in the cases mentioned,

the service provider must refund to the consumer the amounts already paid,

within 12 months from the closing date of the state of public calamity.

At Pousada do Príncipe, we are sure that we can provide you
